These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Travv mobile application and website at travv.ai (collectively, the "Service") operated by Travv™ AI Inc., a corporation registered in the United States ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. ELIGIBILITY

  • You must be at least 13 years of age to use this Service
  • You must be at least 18 years of age to make travel bookings or purchase a subscription
  • By using the Service, you represent that you meet these age requirements
  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account

2. ACCOUNTS

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms
  • One person may not maintain more than one account

3. SUBSCRIPTION AND PAYMENTS

3.1 Premium Subscription

  • Travv offers a Premium subscription at $29.99/year (USD) for users in the United States, Canada, and Mexico
  • Pricing may vary by region (e.g., ₹499/year for India)
  • Premium subscriptions unlock advanced features including voice commands, unlimited bookings, and priority support
  • The free tier remains available with basic features

3.2 Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed annually and auto-renew unless cancelled
  • Payment is processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store
  • Travv™ AI Inc. does not store your payment card information
  • Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice

3.3 Free Trial

  • We may offer a free trial period at our discretion
  • You will be charged at the end of the trial period unless you cancel before it ends

3.4 Cancellation and Refunds

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple or Google account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then
  • Refunds are handled by Apple App Store or Google Play Store per their respective policies
  • Travv™ AI Inc. does not issue direct refunds for subscription payments processed through the stores

4. TRAVEL BOOKINGS

4.1 Booking Services

  • Travel booking features are currently in development and will be available in a future update.
  • Travv facilitates bookings for flights, hotels, motels, and car rentals through third-party travel partners
  • Travv™ AI Inc. acts as an intermediary and is not the airline, hotel, or car rental provider
  • All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the respective travel provider

4.2 Accuracy of Information

  • We strive to display accurate pricing and availability but cannot guarantee real-time accuracy
  • Final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking with the travel provider
  • You are responsible for verifying all booking details before confirming

4.3 Booking Cancellations and Changes

  • Cancellation and change policies vary by travel provider
  • Travv™ AI Inc. is not responsible for fees charged by travel providers for cancellations or changes
  • You must contact the travel provider directly for cancellations and modifications

4.4 Traveler Responsibility

  • You are responsible for ensuring you have valid travel documents (passport, visa, ID)
  • You are responsible for meeting all entry requirements for your destination
  • Travv™ AI Inc. is not liable for denied boarding or entry due to missing or invalid documents

5. ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers on the Service
  • Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent bookings
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service's infrastructure
  • Resell or sublicense access to the Service
  • Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm others

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

  • All content in the Service, including the Travv name, logo, design, code, and features, is owned by Travv™ AI Inc.
  • "Travv" and the Travv logo are trademarks of Travv™ AI Inc.
  • You may not use our trademarks or branding without prior written permission
  • You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TRAVV AI INC. DOES NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure
  • Navigation data or route information will always be accurate
  • Travel pricing and availability will always be current
  • AI-generated recommendations will always be accurate or suitable

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, TRAVV AI INC. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Travel disruptions, cancellations, or delays caused by travel providers
  • Inaccuracies in navigation data or maps
  • Any damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim

9. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Travv™ AI Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.

10. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Colorado Springs, Colorado.

11. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

Before filing a formal legal claim, you agree to first contact us at vamsiperam@travv.ai to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue formal legal action.

12. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. TERMINATION

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon termination, your license to use the Service ends immediately.
